The right equipment

half10 recently completed work on a new website for Garry Quinn Consultants Inc., the heavy equipment experts in St. Ferréol les Neiges, Quebec. The new site features multi-language versions and a content management system for handling used equipment sales. These folks have been a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to servicing them well into the future.

Game on

half10’s been hard at work on our latest project …. a new home on the web for the Mississauga Terriers Hockey Club. The new site features a full-blown content management system that allows staff of all 9 teams to log in and publish news and events.

Need a Realtor in Niagara?

For the past several weeks I have had the pleasure to design and develop a new home on the web for Niagara Realtors Kim Kunselman and Ginny Snihur. They called half10 back in February looking for a customized web presence, complete with a new blog and a sampling of the many kind words their clients have bestowed upon them.

The positive feedback they’ve received over the years is understandable - these are fine people, and it shows in every aspect of the way they do business.

Welcome aboard Kim and Ginny.

Of course all of this means we now have two fine real estate teams in our list of clients. Last year we polished up Perry Quinn’s site, and this year there are more big changes in the works for him too, so stay tuned for more news on that.

Perry is the consummate pro and a great man.

If you’re buying or selling, contact Kim & Ginny or Perry …. either way I know it’ll be a great experience!

Five principles to design by

I’ve always thought that good designers are ones who are willing to get out of the way. I’m not alone.

Let the healing begin

bears-bills.jpgAs a long-suffering Bears fan, the way this year ended was tough to take. To this point I’ve kindly asked friends and family not to bring it up. It’s been a couple of weeks though, and I’m starting to come around.

Albeit slowly.

Though it’s still a bitter pill, I can see a faint glimmer of hope on the horizon. I can see the promise for next year, and I have a good feeling that our embattled qb will keep getting better.

It’s been a great year.

For the first time in a long time my team was solid, occasionally dominant, and always in the spotlight. Best of all, I made my first trips to Solider Field - first in October to see the Bears hammer the Bills, then a return trip for a great playoff game against Seattle.

What a shame this season had to end with a loss. And what a treat it’ll be to go through it all again next year!
